A meeting with our Human Resources team to introduce the company and the position. This is your opportunity to meet the people who embody the positive mindset we’re looking for.

– Test Your Skills

A job-specific test designed to assess your reasoning, skills, and knowledge. If we decide to move forward together, this will help us understand how best to support you in the future.

– Operational Interview

A test debrief with a line manager and/or supervisor, followed by discussions about your approach and the position.
