Client context
The client sought our expertise to assist them in solving various challenges
associated with their internal Security Operations Center (soc), particularly
regarding the capabilities of the detection technologies implemented, as well as
recruitment and resource management within the SOC.
Objectives and scope
The client used our services to help them select the appropriate SOC model while complying with the
requirements and regulations governing the banking sector.The project was carried out over 3 major
milestones: the study of different SOC models, the preparation of the request for proposal (RFP), the
comparison and selection of the provider, and assistance in the implementation of the SOC.
